I remember EQ Next/ Landmark, pity about that game.
Yeah that was a nice little game! I have 2 tutorial videos on my channel
I always have a lot of ideas for these kind of games but usually lack the patience to actually execute it.
Did you farm all these resources or did u you use something like wemod?
I actually farmed all that - took me about 10 hours... I tried to use stone as main material and wood. But the libary with all the books .. took me a while. Good thing is - that castle is between two biomes and there are plenty of mines around it.
The access tunnels were a great idea, i really liked.
Thanks =) Glad you like it! I really had fun developing the plans and all the secret ways around the castle
Or better tools ;)

This is impressive, would be cool if we could add NPCs that actually move around (not only static dools). But i doubt it, because pathing is a dark misstress, unless keen gives us the possibility to set/edit our own path nodes. ;-P
Yeah i wish they were more then lifeless "crafting stations". One option would be to make ALL recipes available at the actual workbench when you have the pre-requirements met, aka- placed down all crafting tables and objects they need. So they could remain in another build area.

Good questions - i found them ALL along the way. Most of the times you find a note, a quest or something in the world (red glow) and it leads to a questchain or directly to a chest. Sometimes the quest reward is even visible in the questlog that you unlock a new material.
Others can be found around high difficulty areas, i.e. in suntemples!
If you explore every corner of the world you will find them all. I created a reference page with all materials i found already: https://theorigin.de/enshrouded-all-building-blocks/
There are many video guides out there how and where to find them, so i wont cover that topic additionally.
