Sorry to tell you but it ain't a match or same. Yeah, "the color picker", but the reference itself ain't. And quite frankly, I don't contribute much credit or believe to photoshop's color picker as i've had issues with it in the past, with it saying it were colors that simply weren't right.

It's just not red in the context. I know venetian blond is considered ginger but it's closer to blond and often times considered blond - because it's an outlier in the "spectrum" of colors - and that's the closest this image gets to. It ain't the level of ginger in the reference you compare it too at all either.

... Would Help when you don't Just read picked Out examples. I clearly Said i don't have anything against more Hair colors. Just, as a Redhead myself, saying that the Ig color is not Red and only actual Red Hair is real, is Just absurd and wrong.

I read your entire comment/comments. I quoted you cause others may say it and actually did say it, with the excuse that it'd be too many red tints. So I felt required to address it. Mainly because I don't get what's wrong with saying that the portrayal ingame fails or falls short from what's desired (due to the explanation given down below).
Maybe you'd get that if you read the entire thread and my response....

As I mentioned in the rest of my text, it's borderline "redhead" - a real outlier.
I don't say only actual red hair is real, but the IG color does not fit the bill. Neither in the preview nor actual IG. It's venetian blonde at best, and though that falls in the ginger category, it's often times dismissed as pure blonde - especially where I live.
I've rarely seen a game use it, generally due to how it's affected by the ingame lighting and just overall design, exactly for this point - that it's not even perceivable as red.
Which simply isn't the "ginger ginger" that people are acquainted with and are requesting.

It's reminiscent to me of games that offer "blue hair" only for it to be such a dark navy blue hue that - in-game - it might aswell be black.

The "color picker" isn't supportive of anything. "Look found a more reddish pigment/pixel in it.

More people are acquainted and identify with orange, bright red or even the more artificial dark red (in most games) than the borderline "venetian blond".
