Would be cool!
Of course they are red ;) What else? Blonde? Black?
It ain't copper, it ain't ginger, it ain't red.
You might need to visit some references ;)

Not sure what to tell you man, but this is a random red head....
Literally the same.
Then most irish red headed people have a "pale orange" not red?
Look, there are only 8 haircolors you can choose from, and if they would add 5 different "reds", nothing is left for other colors. One red out of 8 is good ... but I agree, more then 8 would also be a nice option. But as the OP said "NO red" is not correct, cause there is "ONE red" ... maybe not your prefered red ;)
I'm a redhead and yep, my red is darker more in the brownish. But pls, there are more kind's of redhead in this world. Like there are different kind of blonde and brown. And the Gameone looks absolutly like a Ginger.
More red would be way more unnatural. Most readheads with super vibrant red colors, without orange or brown undertones are fake.
I'm between not against more haircolors. It's just weird how all these fakereds seem to be the new "redheads" out there ..
Because people say this isn't a real Redhead Red.
It's just not red in the context. I know venetian blond is considered ginger but it's closer to blond and often times considered blond - because it's an outlier in the "spectrum" of colors - and that's the closest this image (edit; to be clear - of the game) gets to. It ain't the level of ginger in the reference you compare it too at all either.
You can see how far apart they actually are.
Because clearly people don't consider it red. Yes, there are gingers that are closer to brunette or blonde. Often are more likely to be categorized as such, unless the red tint actually shone through / is more dominant. Why can't we have a pure ginger/red headed character?
Why do we have to go with an outlier?
Except it aint or is heavily contendable as an outlier?
The "color picker" isn't supportive of anything. "Look found a more reddish pigment/pixel in it.
More people are acquainted and identify with orange, bright red or even the more artificial dark red (in most games) than the borderline "venetian blond".
