Mist/fog in my house

I have clouds of mist/fog floating inside my house (starting building place). I guess it is not good for performance and also it is annoying - fog in the house? I tried many graphic settings, but could not find one to get rid of the fog. Any idea? Thx.

Just put up torches and other light sources as well as fireplaces. In my experience a well lit space that is warm doesn't get the fog. It would be nice for those affected by performance hits to be able to turn it off, but it doesn't seem to be possible at this time other than doing the above suggestion.

Thanks, ok, maybe it will go away, if I close the house and but light inside. I will try.
