Tank armor and future sets get the short end of the stick.

I play a tank in all games and while here it might not make much sense unless you are in a multiplayer room and playing with others, I still look at them and see what buffs they get.

The first set gets completely shafted with having +6 Parry on the helmet which is literally nothing compared to the Adventures sets 13% melee crit chance on the helmet. The chest piece gets 12 more physical defense, but I REALLY doubt that equals anywhere close to the 120 HP the Adventure set gets. The gloves get +2 block is is a joke as well. Yeah, the Adventurer set might only have 3% increased melee damage, but it still way better than +2 block. That's three piece of gear that nowhere close to what the DPS set gets.

Got access to the next set of gear for all crafters and was looking at them all. Once again the tank set gets screwed over. Now gear gets two buffs per piece of equipment, but for some reason it's the only the tank gear that doesn't get two buffs per piece (Mercenary set gloves are the only other piece to only have one buff, but looks glitched as the previous buff is something worse now). It's helmet goes from +6 parry to +11. Wow, thanks devs. That's so strong it really didn't need a 2nd buff on the helmet. The gloves go from +2 block to +3. My excitement is through the roof.... Did the devs just forget to put a 2nd buff on the tank gear? What gives with the terrible buffs? None of the tank gear even gets higher base defense stats compared to the DPS option. That makes no sense.

dont worry this is worse on later sets where the gloves of fighter/soldier get +12% one handed dmg and critdmg boost on top ^^

thank sets are not worth it. not even in multiplayer. most of the tank perks also only benefit multiplayer.

if youre solo play fighter instead for melee. its better in every way.

there is however dropped armors which have different looks and stats than the crafted ones and are more generel use sets. dont bother farming for em until you hit level cap tough. waste of time. youll replace em too fast.

Whoever designed the appearance of the Adventurer Helmet however needs to have a bucket put over their head and have it banged with some baseball bats.

How is anyone suppose to see out of that thing, I look like I'm wearing a cyclons head.
