Deadly shroud covering Carpenters vault

My Carpenters vault is covered in deadly shroud. I did a google search to see if a guide could show me a route to bypass it.
The problem is that all the guides show it as a normal shroud, and none of my searches show anyone else having this issue.
Has anyone else encountered this?

Yes the whole thing is covered in the enshround fog and theres zero way past it.
The fog there is a level 2 fog, so you will die within seconds of going into it.

You first MUST upgrade your firealter, the GLOBAL option. Theres two ways you can upgrade the firealter. Upgrade one specific fire alter to make the build area bigger, and upgrade the global firealter which effects the whole world on a global state. Which increases your character stats, the amount of time you can stay in the fog, the number of fire alters you can place, and the level of fog you can now traverse.

Upgrading the global option to level two, allows you safe passage into the level 2 fog and so on for higher level fogs.

Only then can you get to the carpenter alive.

When you upgrade your Flame Strength you gain additionnal Flame Spot thus allowing you to have more bases, you only lose the Flame Core Level when you extinguish one.
