[SPOILER] The Morning Grind Quest

First of all : Hello people.

Second of last : i had enough. I've been literally rampaging Willow Crush grindmill (like the location point is stated in the quest) with bombs. A LOT of bombs. And yet...

Yet the chest for the quest still elude me.

So that's it i'm calling the lift. Spoiler me people i beg you !

WHERE IS IT ?

I couldn't say but...
I started a second character in my single player game and many quests in my second characters journal are flagged as completed. Check if this one is already done for you as well.
I guess some are simply one off server quests and not individual character quests so first in first served. I have no clue if this is one of those but it's easy to check your journal.

Collected bombs all over the game. Used over 100 bombs in different possible locations to find this particular spot. At least it was fun to do mass destruction =)

Late reply but since I just went through it and this thread is currently appearing near the top of Google's results...

The quest is started by reading a journal on a table in one of the small outbuildings near the grindmills. (In fact, the nearest building to the quest end point I think.)

The quest is completed by digging a few feet down through a pile of rubble beside one of the grindmills nearby and looting a "corpse" buried beneath. The corpse glows red, which is just visible through the top of the rubble before you start digging.

This is a per-person quest, not a per-server quest. It's possible to equip 2 copies of the rewarded ring for +40 mana regen.
