Character Customization
Hello friends, hello Keen Games,

I was really interested in playing Enshrouded. But I really wonder why blacksmith NPC´s look so much better than our own character? I like playing warriors. Physically, you look like a small, thin boy. Why are there no customization options? Whether fat, thin, muscular and also height options? It feels like this is just another woke thing here. Alot of games goes this way atm and I am absolutely bored and tired of that bullsh...
I know alot of people do not care. But I do.

I want to decide how my hero looks like if I can create him.
Just add some options in the future and I am in.

Thank you.

Probably something they will add in later, remember the game is in early access right now and not feature complete.

I ever understand it when peeps spend 2 hours on the character creation screen, getting every facial detail to prefection and then 2 days down the row they wear a helmet hiding all that effort.
That why i enjoy games that offer hidden armor options

im more concerned about the body than the face my guy.
You look like a hunchback with weird leg/body proportions. A true hobbit?
But i didnt know it was a hobbit game.

+1 agreed. I also want to feel immersed in the game and thou it is a fantasy world; I would prefer a more adult looking and bulky looking warrior. If people want the cute look fine, I’m not advocating to remove it but also please leave the classical masculine option as well for the people who prefer this. I spend time in the gym and eating to get a physic and through my HEMA experience I can assure you that a heavy build has advantages in melee (with some drawbacks of course) and this is not a social construct or feeling that I have I experienced it firsthand.

Yeah, really hoping they upgrade character customization. I play with four other people and we all look the same. Not a lot of options, very limited. Plus age, skin tone, and face are not separate options like in most games. You cannot customize your face at all (features, tattoos, eye color, makeup, and ect). Just facial hair...for women...yeah.... Wish you could customize your body as well, the bodies look weird. Wish I could make my character look elven. Models are horrible for a 2024 game. Not impressed.

It's an absolute travesty when a game releases without a dong size slider.

OP I think you need some fresh air and some time off the PC. All that mainstream media narrative triggering BS is getting to your head.

The character may be smaller in frame than the blacksmith in general, but.. this game doesn't scream woke at all.

One reason they may be smaller is because of how the interchangeable armor sets are designed. Perhaps they are only designed at a certain diameter for early access and aren't made to "stretch," to different sized characters yet. So, if you beefed out your legs or torso and put on the armor, you might stick out of it.

It's early access, tons of stuff is missing. But you are also missing tons of stuff, like common sense and the ability to keep politics and crybaby tears out of unrelated discussions.

The character height is off putting. Just seems odd

In the Lord of the Rings MMO you could hide your helmet... or your shoes if you were a hobbit. Wonderful little feature.
