Who would EVER want random items they picked up added to their hotbar?
one for weapons and fighting , the other for building and farming
Imagine you keep cooked meat on the bar then slaughter a pack of wolves, you start looting them and then go to eat some meat only to realize you have eaten a raw one instead of the cooked one because it was auto added to your bar and now you are suffering from a debuff.
Or just in general cluttering your bar.
I could full my blank slots with rocks for the same effect, the thing is I should not HAVE to.
Playing a Mage build with the ability that enhances your unarmed strike means you need to keep a Hotbar space empty in order to use it efficiently. But you always end up getting crap in that empty space and can't use the unarmed strike.
