KNOWN BUG - Can not access 4m building materials from menu

KNOWN BUG - Can not access 4m building materials from menu

This has been experienced by multiple players.

One person said set max frame rate of GFX card to 60hz, tried that.

Please fix, I need to build BIG.

Works fine for me on mouse and keyboard and they also put out a Hotfix for it yesterday 25th. Hold Alt and Mouse scroll wheel.

I tried the alt-scroll, just skips. Others are having trouble too. Seems to be a GFX card thing. One dude with and nvidia card, set his to max frame rate of 60hz and it fixed it. I have an AMD and tried to limit the frame rate, did not fix it.

I gotten this issue at first, set my frames to 60 in nvidia control panel and it didn't fix it. Suddenly started working again later.

i got the issue and did the framerate to 60 and still didn't fix it. then I just changed the key bindings to alt up and down arrows and it works like a charm

Have the same damn issue with I even set my FPS to freaking 30 still didn't work.

I too am having the same issue. Can't access the 1m or 4m rows of building materials. I've tried changing the FPS, creating a new building hammer, creating a new character, and even went so far as to uninstall then reinstall the game and I'm still having the problem. I can't think of anything else to try. Has anyone found a solution to this issue yet?

It's your mouse scroll! What kind of mouse you got? Go into the mouse program and lower the scroll wheel speed.

It's your mouse scroll! What kind of mouse you got? Go into the mouse program and lower the scroll wheel speed.

That was actually one of the first things I adjusted, and when that didn't fix the problem, I switched the keybinds to alt+up/down arrows respectively. And still it didn't fix the issue.

All I know, it's something to do with the mouse. That's how I fixed mine. Reduced how much it scrolls.

I've got solution for me.
In my case, always skipping one row each mouse wheel round.
Windows mouse per line setting does not fix for me, nor FPS setting in the game.

I had another keybind for building category select - so, there was two entry for that.
I deleted one of them, then problem is fixed.

For what it's worth I had the funniest building menu bugs in the beginning. At first it worked and then all of a sudden I couldn't access anything anymore. It turned out that I'd made some bad key reassigning choices. Once I set all keys back to default, my building menu worked again.
