Please, add an option to make changes to the world permanent.

Dug a tunnel shortcut? It stays there. Dug a wannabe-mine? Stays there. Looted a chest? It's empty now. Demolished part of the ruins? So they stay more... ruined.

Killed an enemy?... well, maybe they should respawn, ok. But, like, once in a month? Or maybe not at all. Need to play more to make my point on that. But everything else I would very much like to stay the way I left it — cause it's just Groundhog day simulator otherwise 🤷‍♂️

For those who like things the way it is — that's why I'm asking for an option, so players can toggle it on/off, and play the way they like.

Personally, I would really love to buy this game but this this is the reason I dont. It just feels pointless to explore and shape a world that does reset everytime I quit the game or a few days pass.

Having 70 hours in the game I HEAVILY disagree. there are literally systems in place to make your changes permanent, the world resetting exists for a reason.

It does WONDERS for optimization, it keeps farming materials significantly less tedious, and it allows people new to a server access to stuff that's already been done, among may other benefits.

A setting to toggle the system on or off wouldn't hurt once we get some INI adjustment options, but as a hard change that's a horrible idea.
