FEEDBACK? Maybe. Gameplay
I was on my 4th start (I play permadeath) when I realized I wasn't getting experience for killing mobs.

Is that intentional?

I feel good about most other aspects of the game, but that one really doesn't sit well. I understand this was compared to many games, but primarily, "if you like Valheim, you'll LOVE this."

But... in Valheim you might not get experience, either, but you do get skill increases. You make progress.

This almost feels like "outcome-based gaming." One of the main reasons I avoided Torchlight 3.
I didn't leave a bad review. Wanted to engage in discussion, instead. With no experience or skill gains, there is no sense of progress, except for geographical map reveals. Eh.... really? Is this intended? Or am I missing something? Seems like the only experience was related to building discoveries and books.

This must be a bug, as I have gotten XP from every kill.
