Hammer quest bugged?

I have this issue where basically i completed the quest where the smith asks to build stuff with the hammer, the quest completed popped out, then i died and when i respawned the quest was back there and now it wont go away. I tried building other stuff, tried to create another hammer but nothing seems to work. Did this happened to somene else?

If it's the one asking you to build him his shop, you have to then use the summoning stick and spawn him INSIDE of the shop, which isn't explained in the quest description
