💕 Best Survival Action RPG Game 2024 💕

What can i say - besides the demo time - i am already 16 hours into the game and i am loving it! Every aspect of it. The crafting system, the building system is SUPERB, the fights, exploration and all the details, hidden in the world. The lore is another great point. Graphics, atmosphere and fx are top notch! The art style and overall scenery is breathtaking. You can feel that the whole map is handcrafted, which is a good thing! There is treasure and exploration stuff around every corner - woven into the lore if you read all the notes and texts.

Kudos to Keen Games, you did an awesome job! Its nice to see german developers and a proper lore/writing besides all this google translated crap nowadays! You also implemented ALOT of QoL features like chest stacking, crafting from chests and alot more!

The building system is one of the BEST i have ever experienced. Grid snapping and free placing combined, pixel/voxel precise transformation and large scale building parts likewise - this is literally a gamechanger.

I dont get why everyone is comparing this game to palworld?! It has absolutely NOTHING to in common. Two complete different genres, games. IF you want to compare it, compare it Valheim or Icarus or any other survival / progress game out there.

Yes there are games which have richer techtrees, more buildings or crafting options, a deeper survival aspect (hello Sons of the Forest), but Enshrouded has the best well-rounded overall experience for me. And i love the art style.

There are literally 0 aspects of this game that has anything to do with survival. Palworld - calling it a survival game is a stretch - at least has some

Just to reiterate. This is not a survival game. Its quite odd why the developers chose to call it one.

I guess thats subjective. I found Valheim absolutely hideous to look at. Its a big world, its a different story. I dont remember if Valheim at a talent tree like this one does.

The advantages are quite small. Unless you - like me - literally just couldnt bare looking at the art style in Valheim.

On the other hand Valheim looks to have several objective advantages over this.

And on top of all ya comparisons .. keep in mind - Valheim is out for how long?! This game just left into Early Access. Give it time to evolve.

its ok. i like it n need to get deeper before declaring a verdict.
but i still think valheim in alpha was better.
i do judge their release window, like i said in the other threads.
Ppl are still busy with palworld, so am i, so i only played this 2h.

And you can see that in the fact that it only got 50k conc players at launch.
Even valheim had 125k due to a good launch. :)

Never underestimate competition, they should have delayed, palworld stole a big chunk of their playerbase.
