BUG? Clear the Elixir Well Quest

Joined a friends server and they already finished the Clear the Elixir Well Quest fully.

I went myself and was able to clear and kill the well of the boss but the Shroud Root is nowhere to be found. Watching a video of someone already completing the quest, I know exactly where it should be but its just not. Any solution to this? Do i have to do all these quests along side my friends who are already ahead of me?

my quest for use the construction hammer on "The blacksmith needs a shop" is also bugged, ive used the construction hammer to build mutliple stuff, says its not completed

I walked on the red ground below and accidentally died, then I ran back. And there it was, standing there. Try that maybe see if you can recreate it.

I had the same problem. Just move the blacksmith next to the forge after you build it and it should fix it.

Right now I'm having the same issue.
My friends already started playing and I joined after work.

Quest log says I have to clear the well but on the ground everything is already cleared.
The Log does not update and I can't seem to progress?

Unfortunately if your crew does the quest - you won't get the credit - but - we have found that if you go to the flame and reset your skill points, it will give you any/all skill points you didn't receive yet!

Create your own game, do it there then rejoin your friend. Doesn't need to be done to progress but its annoying if you can't complete it because someone on your server did it already.

Yeah, this is not exactly the way I like to play multiplayer... :/

Just go there in Singleplayer game, you will get the quest done for coop even if you dont have it in SP journal

Restarting the server will also respawn the boss and red tentacle tree thingy, found answer on another platform :)

I had this exact issue and we restarted the server and all of it spawned in again. So I was able to go back and clear it, even though it wasnt needed because I noticed right after I did it that the quest was no longer needed.. rejoining the server caught me up.

It also resets after 30 mins.
Edit: it respawns if you let the chunck stay unloaded for 30mins, if you load it, you reset the timer.
