Drop rate of Resin too low

I've chopped down 11 trees for resin and got 2x resin from 3 trees. Trees should drop 1 resin at a minimum

I've cut down a couple dozen trees and have received ZERO resin.

It drops most from the smaller trees with brown leaves.
