Can't remove walls

I can place a (stone) wall but most of those of walls I cannot break down with right click. Now I have floating walls everywhere. They don't even light up with the blue sheen. It's as if they are not there, yet you can't walk through them either. Anybody know how to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong?

I have created a thread asking the same question. You're right. The right click action doesn't work, except now and again it will suddenly. Which makes me think it's bugged. I asked in their discord about it a couple of times but no one replied.

I hope you understand that this is a Voxel game. You either have to select the same shape to remove it or use the 1 x 1 cubes.

thank you all for the good replies. the 1x1 cubes do work to remove brick by brick. Thank you for the good advice. But then again, why can some of the walls be removed in one click and others don't? aww well, At least I can finish up my base building like this. Just going to take ages hehe.
