Bloom, motion blur and depth of field "Were this Not Added??"

This is a must Have in today's game and They said they would ADD Them before EA Launch.

I Just read in the Reviews that Has NOT Been DONE. ..... True or False ..... Before I buy.

Same here, I Can not play with motion blur at all .. due to a eye condition.

There is an option for motion blur. It's just not called that. In the "Accessibility" menu turn ON “Reduce Dynamic Camera Motion”. This will also limit the camera FOV moving in and out dynamically.
