Game is super foggy and blurry?

You're talking at air. They are talking about visual/graphical fidelity not artistic direction for fog.

It's the bloom + fog. The bloom is so strong that it even artifacts (pay attention to torches and other lights and you'll see a squared pattern that the excess of bloom produces). It's not only that it's ugly, it's unplayable for me because it strain the eyes a lot >.<

The first mod on Nexus is ALWAYS a reshade, regardless of the game.

The visuals are super crisp to my eyes, my only complaint is the bloom and lack of a slider to adjust it.

Up the render scale. It defaults to like 50% for some reason. Fixed it for me.
