How long is the demo? What can you do?

Is there a playtime limit on it? Or how much time can you spend in this demo before you have seen every aspect of it?

Was planning on livestreaming it for about 3 hours, but so many demos are way to short for that.
Would be helpful to know before I start it.

Demo lasts 8 hours per save. You CAN start a new world with an existing character (put all your stuff into inventory/hotbars; including your house) and reset that timer while keeping the character.

I mean these comments are even more useless than the question. Not only do they serve no purpose... Considering this thread is the top search result, he WAS correct to ask the question, all other posts are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ IGN articles and people complaining.

Anyone who has a brain and some critical thinking skills would do a search also. This happens in all game forums, so many duplicated posts that could of been avoided with the use of the search function. If a search provided no answers I can see the need for making a thread but when the answer was already made countless number of times before the OP even wrote. Seems like we are living in a world where everyone needs their hand held and have to be fed everything with a silver spoon.
