Why are my lobbies 99% bots

Probably because you just returned (or are new) and because you haven't turned off being matched with bots (Settings>Gameplay>Matchmaking>Replenish with bots).

Because you are gold 1 the game adds more real players to bot ratio once you get higher ranks. It is so you just don't get decimated in match 1 .

Nope they don't there is not a single bot in apex, valorant, cs2, dota2, league, r6 and rocket league in ranked game modes from the devs sides in what world would u put ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bots in a ranked game mode.

if you play midday on a Tuesday 12pm chances are its going to be lite on users. Cause people work and stuff. Weekends and late nights or early am its going to be a large user base.

Don't know if this has actually been given an actual answer so the short of it is, the majority of actual players are gonna be plat and higher. Naraka as a BR just doesn't have that much player retention because of the bots and hackers (of which the discord doesn't like to acknowledge the existence of)

Bots have such absurd behavior and you can't tell if it's just a blue spamming dingus of a player or a bot until they counter combo you. Devs spend more time worrying about the behaviors of their bots than they spend on their anti cheat or actual meaningful context for the game.
