The game stutter and lags
I've all the settings on lowest, 36 fps , render scale at 95 and resolution 1764-992.
I like this game, but it's so frustating that the game explode when I see 1 and a half enemies...

Damn, I've played Elden Ring and MHWIB with no major problems, that is sad..

Hmm I'm not sure what engine Elden Ring runs on, but when something is online of this scale, your processor has to endure a lot of information coming in at once from all over the map (although it is reduced when it is out of sight, it isn't 0). Elden Ring on the other hand, will only need to generate information around you within a certain range, since Elden Ring is mostly a single player experience unless you get invaded, although those invasions happen near you.

Hope this makes since. BR game take a lot out of a CPU.

consiering it was released 7 years ago.. It is pretty dated. chances are within the next year or two they will also end driver support like they did with the 600/700 and soon 900 series gpu's.

You need to understand that GPUs are not cars; 7 years for a graphics card is considered old. Also, being honest, game optimization is not the best.

i7 9700k, 32GB Ram, 1660ti 6GB , SSD. Running the game between mid/high at +100 fps.

Hey yo, make sure your game is downloaded in your main drive instead of anther alternative drive because that causes the delay and lag when its not on your main computer drive.

this game needs good CPU, fast SSD, graphic card is not the only bottle neck here. It might be the CPU or the hard drive read speed.

i5 6400 is pretty decent. the thing is your 1070 its really old to keep up with nowadays games.

using ryzen 5 3550h with gtx 1050 3gb, with 1080p and 85 render scale with low - med settings, the game runs 40 - 60 fps. when fighting were around 30 - 50, and to be notice... mine is laptop ( hp pavilion gaming 15 ec0001AX. thanks. make sure u select high priorities at task manager.
