Twitch drops not working for me

Game account and Twitch account linked, i already claimed 3 drops but i got nothing ingame.
Any help?

Same here, maybe they take time or they are saturated :/

1. account ingame needs to be linked to your twitch
2. you have to claim it on twitch drop panel
3. it appears on your mail
4. it needs 2 hours of watch time

i also think each day is for specific channel? im not sure

Same, been 2 days, haven't received anything. Twitch is linked to my Naraka, and also my steam. Doesn't make sense.

there isn't a fix, it's on their end to deliver the rewards.

Same for me. No Twitch rewards for me either. I am still waiting to recieve my first Twitch drop the Sword stance from the day 1 drop. No reply from the support either in the Discord forum so far.

Update: I did some twitch taks todays and I received them in-game directly

first drop I got after login first time immideately, but second twich drops I am not receive, may be need to wait two days??

But during first login I link twitch and after that change first time user name in game (then system offer me first time choose name . After that I saw first twitch drop in mail and succesfully receive them, but after several days user name stay changed, but second drop I didn't receive. So, that about changing user name in game and twitch drops?
