Hi how can I get into global chat? for some reason I'm stuck in party chat and i cant see any global chat what so ever

Look in the mail, they disabled global chat for the time being

People we're very colorful with people in a certain region, so to control what people say ( and to keep the game civil), any chat outside of CN is disabled, proximity/ party voice and some text is a thing, but not global.
