Too many Soul jades in Showdown storage. How to cull them out?

My Soul Jade storage is maxed out in Showdown so I have to throw away any I earn. . Can't bring any Soul jades from temporary storage until there's room made in my maxed Showdown storage. How do I make room?

use it to enhance other soul jades

So many little mechanics are so not intuitive to me....
