Feng Shen Mech Skin not working

Hello, been trying to ask this question but with discord server full, and unable to being able to join reddit im left with asking here.

Basically its like the title says I bought the accessory that changes Feng Shens mech into a futuristic arcade like mech but the mech isn't showing up in game, however the accessory is equipped. Was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this/or if I have some sort of setting on that I cannot find?

You have to get the legendary accessory called “Mech Prototype to change the mech skin. It's not included in the cyberkitty bundle.
