I've played some times ago in this game, then refunded it. Now when I'm starting the game it offers me to create new account (but he was created long time ago), and even don't let me use my og nickname, because profile with this nick already exist

Refunding often means say bye bye to your account.
Often companies just ban or delete your data when you do that.

Why should they delete the data, when player can return, in addition, my nickname is not popular, and I'm sure not taken by anyone except my old account.

I think, no one deleted your profile, that is why you can't use your old name.

I remember there was problem, when ppl refunded Deluxe/Ultimate and than bought Standart - game asked player to have same version. Dunno, if it was fixed or not.
