Region lock?

Does this game have regions or players from all over the world meet in a same match? Also I've read when the game only came out that there are a lot of cheaters and for some reason chinese players that teleport, lag due to ping. Was anything done to solve this problem or it's not considered a problem for devs?

There are several servers and you can freely choose between them. I haven't seen hackers but high ping can be an issue.

Same, I would like to know if region locking has been spoken about but I cannot find anything so far on the forums. I support Battle Royal games and enjoy buying battle passes but I have seen to many games destroyed because of not region locking so I wouldn't even waste the money if its not even on the table. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Region lock will be bad for servers with low amount of players, like EU for example. I ma getting my ass kicked by all players regardless of the server they came from. I really see no difference in how exactly my ass was kicked.

That's a shame. I can see why it loses a average of 7% of its average players each month. Its free to play gain this month was 50% smaller than last time in December as well. RIP this game. Maybe after this game dies the developers will learn on the next one. Stats are shown below.
