It's a vice but ...
the game is wonderful I am very addicted to the game, but it has a brutal performance problem in many cases, in mine having a ryzen 5 2600 rtx 2060 and 16 ram I cannot run stable 60 fps all the time not even in low and dlss on, hopefully optimize the game especially in battle because the game is wonderful

I have same Ryze 7 2700x, RTX 2080 regular, 16 ram.
I have most things on high, except shadow is medium, and anti aliasing off. DLSS off
The game is installed on SSD.

I get 90 - 110 fps most of the time. but when there are 6 or more person on screen my fps drop to 40. Not great but workable.

I think being on and SSD is the single most important thing for this game. I had it installed on a regular hard drive before, I was getting hard stutters when people shows up. Like the game will freeze for 1 -2 second to load as I move around the map or as people is showing up.

I also have it in ssd, but it's a shame ... it's a great game and I'm very flawed but when there is a battle of 4 or 5 people as you say ... you have a disadvantage due to the fps and freezing of the game

We have different specs, so i'm not really able to give any personal tips

I played at 2560x1440 on a Ryzen 5 5600x, AMD 6700xt so it runs good for me but, found this online. Dunno if it'll help.

"NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Best Graphics Settings
NARAKA: BLADEPOINT is a relatively poorly optimized game. Once you get to more dense areas, you’ll notice massive frame drops. These settings are meant to counteract these issues and to improve overall game stability.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT In-Game Settings
Graphics API: DirectX 11
Render Scale: 100
Display Mode: Fullscreen
Resolution: Native
Max Frame Rate: 1.5x higher than native refresh rate.
Filter: Default
HDR: Off
VSync: Off
Anti Aliasing Algorithm: Off
Checkerboard Rendering: Off
NVIDIA DLSS: Super Performance (If Available)
NVIDIA Reflex: Reflex + Boost
Quick Set Graphics: Low

NVIDIA Control Panel Settings
Anisotropic Filtering: Off
Antialiasing – FXAA: Off
Antialiasing – Gamma Correction: Off
Antialiasing – Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing – Setting: 2x
Shader Cache: Off
Threaded Optimisation: Off
Vertical Sync: Off"

For some games I always have to look up optimized settings. I don't remember if nvidia control panel has game specific settings that don't effect your "global" settings for every game. Good Luck.
