Account GONE?

I am a EU player, i have been playing this game for 2 days. I selected NA on the loading page to play a game with a friend on the NA server, i had to do the tutorial and pick a username again. Now when i return to EU after playing 1 game on the NA server my account has reset back to level 1 and i have lost my Battlepass/Gold etc. i now have a new account ID and my name has [NA] at the end. How do i get my account back?

You should contact their CS team. Though they can barely speak English, it's still worth a try,
