*WARNED* DON'T GET "BANNED" (BAN SCAM)

They are committing fraud & scamming us.
I was "banned" for this malfunction error within the game which was accusing me of using third party software & corrupting the game files. It would disconnect me during games & finally lock me into the main menu w a permanent ban.
I finally appealed my ban (after it was failing to submit through for 3 days) & all they had to offer back to me was a hot ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ response;

"Dear Player. Thank you for contacting us. After an investigation, it has been determined you used third-party software / exploit to gain an unfair advantage within the game over fellow players. Therefore, the original punishment will be upheld. In the future, please follow the rules and respect fellow players' right to enjoy a fair gaming experience. Thank you for your understanding"

I clearly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ told them that I was not using any third party software & that the game just accused me of using one. It has to be some really garbage bug that they have in their garbage game & they don't know how to fix it. So, now they are just being lazy pieces of ♥♥♥♥ & accusing me as well even though there is no proof whatsoever & which they don't know how to prove it at all. WTF.
If there was proof, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SHOW ME because I didn't even know that I was using any third party software, so how the ♥♥♥♥ do they know.
I barely played the game, never played ranked, have a dookie ass k/d ratio, so... how in the ♥♥♥♥ was I taking advantage of this. SMFH.

This was my last resort in hopes of getting unbanned & getting everything resolved.
I could care less about spending $20 on this game & making a new account, but now I know that they are just scamming me. What if this happens again? Because it already happened to me & a few others, so what if it happens again? They are just going to say the same ♥♥♥♥ & do nothing about it & NOT look into it.

This sucks for me because I really liked this game & was striving to get better & now I just can't get the chance to play this game anymore if this "ban" is going to keep on happening to me.

I'm done here now. No more stressing off this anymore.

Straight garbage is just what they are. Scamming & committing fraud.

FYI: If any of you get banned for the same reason as me & some of the others, there is no hope for you. Either just buy another copy in hopes of not getting banned again or just get scammed over & over again, or just never play the game ever again.

I'm just listing possibilities of third party tools you might not think of being the culprit.
As a bud of mine got banned on ROE for a macro software that was built in to their mouse that they didn't even know of till we researched it.

On the other hand if the dev's systems flagged you hard, there must be a reason for it.
Third party softwares that are not allowed, even if you don't use them (Such as Razer's macro mouses that many are unaware of are flagged third party and cause bans in multiple games such as Ring of Elysium).

So make sure that you know what softwares you got up and running, go through the list and see if any of them can be used for Macro, Ping etc.

Actually you don't get banned for Razer Synapse, most anti cheats are aware that Synapse is not a cheat tool.. As far as Macro mouse, razer mice like the ones with extra buttons are just an additional 10 key pad. Anyways comeing from someone that has to play on a VPN because if not my connection to there server is so bad that I just get constant reconnecting and also I have used GFN to play as well. Something about this dudes post is sus af . Typically hardware faults do not trigger games anti cheat, unless it is a failing memory module. That could however trigger a ban or a drive with bad sectors and the data written keeps getting corrupted. however there logs typically could show that upon further looking..

Lastly this guy is offering no other evidence then his pc has some magical hardware issue that they still have yet to fix... I would think though after the first time the game soft booted and gave a warning and if my hardware I know didn't have any stuff on it that it shouldn't have was getting flagged I would ya know quit playing tell I could resolve it.

Op sucks for you if you were banned, re buy the game.. No offence but if you can't even bother to check your stuff and just keep complaining that you were banned. No fault but your own. Your first clue was when the game kept kicking you out, should have checked your gear then.

There has been confirmed cases of razers macro software getting people banned.

ROE had a 0 tolerancy for macro's so any Razer mouse user who had the macro software got an instant ban.

The developers stated that macro users weren't welcome as they proved an unfair advantage in firefights (Such as weapons that fire as fast as you can click).

Not all games will ban for it if there's no way to benefit from a macro that is unfair.
But if it's a game where a gun will fire as fast as you can click, then a macro user will have an unfair advantage.

Having the software once again installed will not get you banned, I have the razer software installed guess what no ban. I don't use the macro software but its installed because it installs with the mouse driver / software. So the user can't just not have it installed. Anyways who managed to necro this thread from the dead.
