I can't log in to the game

So, I have a "Click to enter"screen hanging. But after clicking, nothing happens...What can it be related to?

I restarted the game several times, checked the connection, antiviruses should not interfere either.

Do you have anything else running in the background other than Naraka that could affect it?
Are you running steam as admin etc?

I think no, cuz i played some games yesterday, and go sleep, but didn't turn off pc, so now i just try to log on, but nothing is happening.

Try restarting your PC and seeing if it works.
