No mouse pointer, frustrating menu, Can't set up game at all PC (Mouse, keyboard, Moza wheelbase)

Haven't even tried to play the game yet, the mouse pointer is invisible in game and I can't set up my controls. When I try to bind something nothing happens and I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete to even get out of the game. I would have already refunded if I didn't have good word of mouth this is a sublime driving experience (Gamermuscle). ONCE YOU FREAKING GET IT SETUP SOMEHOW. I'm sure dozens of people already have. This is the kind of super-annoying ♥♥♥♥ that leaves games that could be good dead on arrival.
