Damage
Didn't realise we're driving tanks now, the way components get damaged seems fine but the overall health of vehicles just seems either really high or the threshold for what takes HP off is high, no damage to my car for a full speed rear end on another in the clip below

I'd suggest going to settings and changing the (default) damage type from "normal" to "realistic." It's a very noticeable difference that's far less forgiving; it seems that's what your looking for:steamthumbsup:

video clip not working here, my only point are you in onboard /cockpit view?

because if not who gives a crap, damage modelling is just eye candy for you when it isn't in cockpit view, which makes the experience totally unfair and a complete pointless joke r to those of us onboard playing online , and this isn't a sim friendly experience, unless you play at a huge disadvantage....

So i couldn't give a crap..

even then the overall health still doesn't seem to go down much, but having used the European car more i'm wondering if it's a class thing as that did lose health easily and more quickly. Even if that's the case still don't think the American cars should be tanking that much damage to health

using chase cam but i'm not on about the visual damage model i'm on about the actual health of the cars

I know you are but the 2 physics dynamics are intricately connected....... and what's more the only way for this to actually be fair is to remove the RTDM feature altogether,,,, which would be counter intuitive.. unless devs were to start listening, which they won't
