Final price will be higher.
This is the best deal you can make in years.
And it will be the full product.

You wont have to buy the game upon full release, buy the Early access should get you the final product

but when they launch the final game i need to pay again to get the final version of the game? i really doubt if i pay 23,99 that cost the early access i will get the full game at that price when the devs finish and launch the complete game...

No. You are paying for the Full Game now at a heavy discount because it is incomplete. You will also get some kind of bonus at Full Launch of the game when complete for being an Early Adopter.

Buy once. Play Forever.

Before you buy it, read about Early Access. You are not buying a demo of a finished game, you are supporting the dev early in the game's development and are being given the chance to watch it grow and submit your feedback, in addition to paying much less than what the launch price will be in a year or so. If only a couple of tracks and cars being available is going to make you angry, then early access is not for you and I advise waiting for launch. There are many people here with no comprehension of early access.

The early version needs to nail the basics down first to make sure new content is easy to add and easily fixable. Since WF2 is a rework of WF1 engine, assets and everything in between, its normal that we have little content, because base needs to be fixed first. Splitting this into a demo wouldn't work because then you have to upkeep the demo to the same standards as the paid version (to make sure it represents the slice of the product you pay for), which splits development time and adds overhead and technical debt.

This is not a Demo, its early version of the game and with Bugbear's track record of exiting out of Early Access with first Wreckfest, you can expect fully finished product.

i`ve read what an early access is , thanks , my question was about the price , i know the game has only four cars and four circuits only, i won´t be the type of people who cry about no content on early access, my only concern was about buy the early access and latter buy again when the game is complete

Had you read the Early Access banner on the store page, you would have seen:

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“Yes, the price will increase over the course of the Early Access phase.”

This is why I was making sure you knew what Early Access was, because you are asking a question you could have answered yourself by reading the page.
