WF2 just does not play

Load game and put to bare minimum settings, despite my pretty good spec laptop. I get all the way up to the point where it says "loading cars" and then the game just dumps out after loading for a while. No errors, nothing.

I know it's early access but I hoped to at least be able to play something. Every time I try again and lower settings even more, the endless loading screens take so long that I've almost lost interest.

what are the exact specs of your laptop, are you using updated drivers

Tried to put it running in windows mode but it just crashed out again after endless loading screens with the final one being loading cars. This time I got a windows error though and found a "fatal error: Texture creation (2048 x 2048) failed" box had come up.

Nitro AN515-58 laptop
12th gen I7- 10 core
NVidia GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
32GB of memory

I had this and fixed it by loading the settings instead of loading the game and then in the drop down i selected the other value for my GPU. I have a ROG STRIX gaming laptop with AMD gpu

same problem also, laptop, but 6 months old, 32 gig ram, dont know whats wrong

Just tried again and checked settings. My geforce is an option to select now, which didn't come up before. Once i had that selected then the game did run ok.
