Help with chapter 6 please

I am working on chapter six - the neon sign. I don't have the additional circuit boards. Did I miss something?

I also got stuck there for a while, what you have to do is get it to turn on, then some then narration triggers and you get given a new part. A few puzzles in the game do this to you, and personally when I fix a thing I turn it on and off or trial each stage when I do this in real life too.

One of the end puzzles is particularly satisfying to run it once or twice before fully assembled, so I got into the habit of taking my time and just flipping things over a few times more than needed, and into turning things on before the covers were all back on.
