Actually they wouldn't really because they don't control, nor have actual say what allowed via twitch, as Twitch has their own rules, and standard, and they're know for having double standards as well when they say one thing, or that not clear answer they give sometimes to people, only to say another thing and ban someone when they do Steam a certain content, hence ask Twitch to get a definitive answer from them, not the game devs as they have nothing to do with Twitch.

Unless you're asking for is it ok to Stream the said game for profit from viewers and the stream service paying you to stream their game if that what you're asking? Or you asking for permission to be allow to stream content of the game across any of the stream services to share gameplay experience of having people watch you play the game, so they don't DMCA you for streaming it if that what you're asking for? Otherwise if not then ask Twitch if you can Stream it, or not on their service for said game.

Technically very possible but no idea if they make use of it. This can be done with fingerprinting, and a Convolutional neural network (CNN) for recognition of uncensored breast for example. I do know they widely use Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) for copyright checks since 2020.
