Luxury Artbook, OSTs, and other DLC

Where do I access them? Mainly the artbook and the other dlc item.

I don't own these specific DLCs so I can't say for sure, but usually for Steam games you can get them in the game install folder or a subfolder of that. So that means you need to have the game installed as it will download with the installation of the game. Hopefully you will be able to find it.
