Actually the game has 1 option, yet it only makes subtle plot change. Sadly, there is only one ending.
P.S.: Be aware of the animation after the ending credits.

....so you may as well just watch the anime or cartoon of this if there is one since there's no interactivity by the player....?

There's two mini-games in the game as well: a Kirby Samurai battle and a SHMUP section, both of which are skippable if you fail at them . It's a good short visual novel on its own though, but I thought they were a fun inclusion.
