For that achievement, we're supposed to place a full triassea picnic set on the ranch.
What exactly counts as a 'full set'?
I have the side table, the wheelbarrow, a picnic rug, the bread basket, and the flower stool, yet I didn't unlock the achievement.
Are we supposed to buy every picnic item in order to get the achievement?

What you already figured out: You get the picnic stuff from that festivity where you dump food onto a pile and the next few days you get to see rarer dinos, IIRC. You get raffle tickets from the attendees there, and can then use those to buy the "triassea picnic set" items, from a merchant (that usually hangs out at the Plaza). Sorry, I no longer remember any of the names.

Now, since you already have 5 items, I am guessing there must be another one, a sixth item you are missing. You might want to stock up on raffle cards from Corlan in the desert town, before the next "triassea party".
(Or where there only 5 different items and one had to place them on the farm during a specific season, like "autumn"?)

If I am wrong, someone correct me. I stumbled into this achievement...

Update: Just noted there is a guide out on the topic:

OMG does it literally only count with the PINK Veridan Picnic Blanket? ... i got everything, but picked the BLUE Veridan Picnic Blanket (because i do not like pink) and the achievement seems to not have worked.

Gosh darn it i also picked the blue one and not the pink. thats too bad that it matters :c

Hmm... it would surprise me if the pink Picnic Blanket was the issue... any one of the other colours *should* also work. If not, that would really be strange. But as mentioned, I lucked into this achievement, so who knows.

it seems like it does otherwise there is something more to this achievement.. hmm.

Edit: Okay based on your thoughts that the colour couldn't be the problem, i picked up all the pieces of the picnic set and moved them to the "main area" of my ranch instead of to one of the "side areas" that's initially blocked off.

Moving the picnic items to the main ranch area, triggered the achievement for me.

i dunno if that's what really did it or just got lucky today, but anyways, i was able to get the achievement even with the blue blanket.

Very good point... and I should have mentioned this too... indeed I dumped all the picnic items next to the farm house, in the main area, not in one of the unlockable side areas, as well. This might indeed be it.
