How to weed???

Never had anything/one explain to me how to get weeds out and Im stuck with weeds in my farm. I feel like there's a tool Im missing?? Is it a dinosaur only task?

Approach the crop affected by the weed (you should see a white/light yellow dot appear above the weed/crop indicating you can interact with it) and left-click to pick the weed. No dinos required!

Thanks! I figured that out shortly after posting. Would be great if that white dot was actually a plucking or weed icon. I tried with a shovel yesterday and destroyed my plot lol. Not sure why it never occurred to me to just use the character herself.
