Who's Hungry?

I'm trying to do the quest "Who's Hungry?" for Marlo. Bringing him 50 carnivore food to his home. He's not taking the food. He's wandering around the outside of his treehouse, but refuses to take it. His dino is there and everything. Any ideas?

You will probably need to wait until he stops his wandering about, until he returns to his tree house home nearby. Maybe come back a few hours later, but before midnight.

Someone already gave you the answer. When Marlo is wandering around he's "Out foresting in Dapplewood". Wait until he's done wandering around/working- in the evening when he's standing outside his front door.
