Cant mount dinos

I have not played for a bit I cant seem to mount a dino even when I am on the side, The mount prompt does not go on.

Make sure the dinosaur has a saddle and that you're holding down the button it told you in the tutorial! If you've already done this, head to the bug reporting section on these Forums!
