It's around the pen. It's an invisible model, so you have to look for the interact icon.

Should be changed to have an actual model imo. Too much time wasted combing through the ground and bushes looking for an interact icon

I had trouble finding items near Bongo's pen twice as well - finally found them one level below near the water.
