Has anyone figured out how to save the civies on the roof?

If its the mission I'm thinking off, there is a door your units can enter at the base of the building, which will teleport your units to the roof, then to go back down use the door at the top.

Use the elevator, it has "capture point"

Thanks guys. That didnt occur to me! Given the time pressure and lack of units. What occured to me though is using the fleet liason to call the bird and let them transport to the base. idk if that would work with units I dont have control over.
