I have questions about the story (spoilers)

I am currently playing the game now and I will start chapter 5 next. The game is very nice :) I am confused and I have some questions.

I know that in the beginning of the game Atma was friends with Nirmala and then Nirmala was about to drown and then Atma drowned while he was trying to save her.

Also I know that Raya was bullied when she was young. Marin was best friends with Raya when she was young. Raya told Marin that she is friends with Atma but marin didn't believe her and Marin thought that Atma is an imaginary friend.

Also I know that Raya's full name is Raya Fitri Nirmala and in the beginning Raya and Nirmala were the same person but then Raya separated from Nirmala and drove her away.

Is what I said correct so far?

In this scene the big cat said Raya truly sees these people as monsters, we did it to save Raya, Raya is in denial and she is spending too much energy on an illusionary world. Also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Space_for_the_Unbound#Plot said "it is revealed that the game's events took place inside Raya's mind". I didn't understand anything of what the big cat sat and what they mean by the world is not real. Are all the events which happen at the beginning of each chapter after Atma wakes up in class not real?

2) There was a side quest in which the owner of the cafe got into a fight with the pastry chef. The pastry chef was fed up of making cakes and wants to cook other things so Atma had to convince the chef to make the cake for Raya. Later on in the game the pastry chef was acting crazy so Atma opened a time rift and found the last will of the owner of the cafe. That means that the owner is dead and then Atma said that he is alive in a different timeline. I don't get that. Is the owner really dead and he is alive in the illusionary world?

3) When Atma completes a bucket list item there is a scene with Atma and Nirmala. Also at the beginning of some chapters there is a scene with Atma and Nirmala. They are playing and discussing the book. When exactly did those events happen? Did they happen before Atma drowned?

4) Raya was bullied at school. Who exactly was bullied? Was it Raya when she was Raya and Nirmala combined or Raya after she separated from Nirmala? Raya told Marin that she was with Atma. How was she with him?
