how some characters above level 200?
pls help i didnt understand

Howdy they introduced this thing called attribute trees to the game
There's a button for it on your main home screen or when you open up the menu on any other screen

as you unlock the nodes your level 200 characters will go up extra levels, you get the materials you need to unlock stuff just by doing your daily orders
