Is dupes really worth it?

Just reroll with a new account, but my new one doesn't have the same luck with my last one. I mean, i tried to pull daddychigo and got 4 cap rukia instead. Then i tried to pull kokuto and dessert rukia, for IZ, but i got 3 byakuya and 3 kusaka.
Seriously, are they worth it to keep?
should i reroll again?

I did 10 shots from those 3 banner, and not gonna bother with them again or other banner unless it has IZ char or TYBW

The dupes are worth it, especially for Captain Rukia. Once you raise her special move level you'll be able to upgrade her stats using transcendence. Each dupe corresponds to an extra stat you can upgrade. Right now you can choose 4 of these 5 stats for Rukia: Stamina, Attack, Defence, Focus and Spiritual Pressure. Once you get your 5th dupe of her you'll be able to roll for a random upgrade and unlock the ability to upgrade the remaining stat.
