About Brave Battle Chad(力)

Hello everyone, I have been meet Chad(力) in battles and always can't win.
I thought it was a bug, but today BBS updated the new battle rules and found that I still can't win.

My Chad equipment is also the same as my opponent's,
(guitar with +30% def,gold chappy +30% def,chappy +30% def),
it's 5/5 and all with Lv10,
Char link with Damage taken and Normal atk up,
and bonus abilities it's also DEF and Pierce barrier.
